Summer Academy of the Ensemble Souffle Nomade - Trio d'Argent
16th edition : From 17 to 27 August 2019
The Academy of "Flûtes en Baronnies" becomes "Tutti en Baronnies". Created in 2004 by the Ensemble Souffle Nomade - Trio d'Argent, it is an not-to-be-missed event for musicians of all levels, conservatory students, amateurs, future professional who wish to share rich moments of discovery, musical emotions in contact with musicians of excellence. It is also intended for those who wish to supplement their knowledge in the context of vocational training.
Each year, the Ensemble Souffle Nomade - Trio d'Argent, featuring François Daudin Clavaud, Xavier Saint-Bonnet and Michel Boizot, as well as Gilles de Talhouët and Patrice Bocquillon will lead the flute classes.
This year, we will again host the violinist Guillaume Dettmar, a professor at the Orléans Conservatoire, and cellist Jean-Christophe Lannoy, a professor at the Conservatory of Lille. Both have in common, beyond a great knowledge and mastery of the classical repertory, to explore musical styles from several aesthetic universes such as improvisation music, Arab-Andalusian music, Yiddish music ...
Percussionist Laurence Chave will be hosting a class open to young percussionists from conservatories and music schools, as well as a body percussion workshop open to all participants of the academy and to outsiders wishing to learn this very playful activity.
Marie-Clotilde Matrot and Nicolas Vergne accompany all the trainees for the concerts on the piano.

Covid-19 Information
For the time being, the Tutti en Baronnies academy is maintained from 15 to 25 August 2020.
In exceptional circumstances due to Covid-19, please be aware that the deposit at the time of registration will be fully refunded in case of cancellation.
On site, all measures will be taken accordingly and according to the administrative guidelines so that the academy takes place in the best sanitary conditions. You will receive more precise information before the start of the academy.
Flautist Mario Caroli will be our exceptional host for a concert and a Masterclass on Sunday 27th and Monday 28th August.
